Why I started our company is because...

Before I started this business I worked as a head coach/trainer at a handful of other companies...One thing I noticed was that most personal training businesses weren't focused on doing what was best for their clients - Their goal was to get as many people signed up as possible at volume...Once a client signed up...It was on to: "Signing up the next client..."These businesses didn't really seem to care if their clients reached their goals or not. (Since they had already gotten peoples business.)I didn't really feel comfortable being a part of this system, Nor do I believe in business being about transactions > relationships.(I believe the purpose of a business is to help people to truly solve a problem/dissatisfaction...I felt that this was missing in the market...)So I wanted to create a company that truly put the clients needs and goals first. (Show that through our actions instead of through our words/empty promises.)

I can help you because I've been there. I was not a life-long athlete—indeed, I used to be morbidly obese and have lost over 120 pounds. I got into fitness at 32. I am proof that you can accomplish impressive things. That's a big part of why I chose a fitness career. We all start somewhere!

I've helped people build butts, lose weight, get stronger, and to simply move with less pain. I’ve worked with everyone from newbies to senior citizens, teenagers, the fitness goals single moms, military personneland many other kinds of people. Seeing my clients succeed and do things they never thought possible is my greatest joy.
